August 2008: Thames Towboat Company
Custom design play tugboat for Thames Towboat Company was delivered August 29, 2008 to Mystic Seaport, The Museum of America and the Sea.
The 20 ft play boat includes a pilot house with solid bronze ships wheel and compass, aft cabin with engine replica handcrafted of various hardwoods, and towing bits that create fun seating arrangements for mom and dad. Children enthusiastically embrace the imaginative play that surrounds the vessel.
